Strong willed and often flawed, Emily often questions the world around her. Especially adults.

To her detriment, the grownups don’t appreciate bold questions from an intelligent 10-year-old girl. Other girls her age are far more interested in dolls and dressing up. Emily prefers roaming the forest and playing music. Because of this, Emily, although a beautiful soul is often misunderstood.

When Emily first meets Eddie, she’s not entirely sure he’s interested enough in talking let alone being friends. Thankfully her friendly outgoing nature breaks down Eddie attempts to remain reclusive. Despite their enormous differences they are drawn close together.

Emily does not consider the supernatural. She believes that she’s just a normal kid. That’s until she has a strange dream.

It’s not a normal kind of dream.
